Technical fabrics
Car seat covers or fabrics for medical applications. The 3D capabilities of the MC-800 machines enables knitting tubes and loops on the covers of seat and back- rest. The pattern appearance of the seat covers can be adapted to the customer’s wishes without problems.

Complex knitting
The selective stitch length which can be program-
med with an accuracy of a single needle for stitch and tuck loop breaks the limits of dynamic stitch length, thus setting new standards for pattern design.
The five-way technique for knitting and the four-way technique for transferring make it possible to realize complex knitting structures, and to produce them in an efficient way. Intarsia patterns as well as fully-fashion garments with a complete cable-V-neck knitted up to the last needle can be easily produced with the selective stitch control. The maximum floating distance of 2 inches enables production of new interesting patterns.
