MA-8000

This course teaches you the basic knowledge about graphical input and visualization of knitted panels, using comprehensive loop sequences and automation as a basis for establishing knitted fabrics.

  • what is the philosophy of MA-8000 (VKS)
  • how to establish, edit and memorize user symbols
  • explanation of the tools under VKS and symbol editor
  • how to design with the Draw program
  • how to establish basic patterns, with conversion into ready to knit programs

This course follows directly on from the MA-8000 basic course, teaching you how to use existing user symbols or those established by yourselves in respect to traditional knitting techniques such as structured patterns, Pressjack patterns, etc.

Operation and service of series MC-300/800

The participant gains in this course a fundamental knowledge regarding the operation and maintenance of the series MC-800 machines. You knit on the machine certain patterns out of our sample range and perform modifications.

Service Electronics / Mecanical

The "mecanical" part of the course provides you with a comprehensive knowledge of the function of the components and their settings, for example:

  • how to lift the carriage from the machine
  • how to dismantle the cambox and perform settings

The "electronic" part of the course teaches you sufficient knowledge about the interaction of the mecanical and electronic components in conjunction with their adjustments, for example:

  • how to work with the service instruction manual
  • classification of the parts forming the individual components
  • change and setting of components
Prerequisite: knowledge in machine operation
